To make a resource (presentation, report..) more visible, make it available as a tab in your team (Team) by adding it to the team files (Team), and choosing “Make a tab” in the document options.

Use the @ symbol in a message to send a notification to one or several members of your TEAM and invite them to view your message.
@General sends a notification to the whole class. With @member, the notification will be received by a specific member. With
@Channel, the notification will be received by channel members.
With @tag, the notification will be received by members of that tag.
