In the context of the dual economic and health crisis that Lebanon is undergoing, the European CONECTE project offers innovative solutions to support the education sector in general and Lebanese universities in particular in their transition to digital technology and in adapting their training courses to meet the challenges of the future of work.

Mrs. Wadad Wazen Gergy, Head of the New Educational Technologies Unit, participated in the training at the University of Mons focusing on the design of online training. This training falls within the framework of axis 4 devoted to creating a collaborative virtual learning environment to develop and share innovative educational content (digital environment specialized in filming, recording, editing and digitizing online content), in order to reduce the digital skills gap of students, teachers, graduates and professionals. This collaborative virtual platform will contribute to an effective transition to employment for graduates.
