L\u2019\u00e9valuation peut \u00eatre anonyme quand l\u2019anonymat est activ\u00e9 lors du param\u00e9trage de l\u2019activit\u00e9 Feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 de suivre les \u00e9tapes ci-dessous pour assurer la bonne d\u00e9marche de l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<b>Feedback<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<ol type=\"i\">\n<li>Tout d\u2019abord, il faut identifier les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ci-dessous de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<b>Feedback\u00a0<\/b>\u00bb (dans un fichier Word)\n<ul>\n<li>Le but de cette activit\u00e9 (i.e. pourquoi utiliser \u00ab\u00a0<b>Feedback<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb).<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019intitul\u00e9 et une br\u00e8ve description de cette activit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Les questions de ce Feedback, leurs types (i.e. r\u00e9ponse courte, choix multiple etc.), s\u2019ils sont requis ou pas, s\u2019il faut les cat\u00e9goriser par des \u00e9tiquettes ainsi que le s\u00e9quencement des questions (i.e. question 1, question 2, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Les questions s\u2019affichent sur une seule page ou pas (i.e. le design de Feedback). Si non, pr\u00e9cisez pour chaque page les questions correspondantes.<\/li>\n<li>Si le Feedback pr\u00e9serve l\u2019anonymat (i.e. vous ne pouvez pas identifier quelle r\u00e9ponse correspond \u00e0 quel \u00e9tudiant).<\/li>\n<li>Les dates d\u2019ouverture et de fermeture de cette activit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Si plusieurs remises sont permises (i.e. les \u00e9tudiants peuvent r\u00e9pondre aux questions plusieurs fois) ou pas. Si plusieurs remises sont permises, alors vous allez recevoir la derni\u00e8re remise comme r\u00e9ponse finale.<\/li>\n<li>Si la page d\u2019analyse s\u2019affiche ou pas. Si la page s\u2019affiche, les r\u00e9sultats seront accessibles \u00e0 tous les participants qui ont r\u00e9pondu, \u00e0 noter que les r\u00e9sultats sont anonymes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s avoir identifi\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de cette activit\u00e9, on passe \u00e0 l\u2019application. Il faut alors cr\u00e9er l\u2019activit\u00e9 Feedback, la param\u00e9trer, l\u2019alimenter par des questions et travailler sur son design<\/li>\n<li>Lancez l\u2019activit\u00e9 Feedback pour que les \u00e9tudiants puissent r\u00e9pondre aux questions. Apr\u00e8s le lancement, vous pouvez consulter les r\u00e9ponses des \u00e9tudiants. \u00c0 la fin de l\u2019activit\u00e9, vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger les r\u00e9ponses dans un fichier Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Remarque<\/b>\u00a0: L\u2019activit\u00e9 ne peut plus \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e d\u00e8s qu\u2019un seul \u00e9tudiant fournit une r\u00e9ponse. C\u2019est pour cela, et comme bonne pratique, il faut s\u2019assurer qu\u2019il n\u2019y aucune modification \u00e0 apporter \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9, avant de la lancer. Cependant, si une modification s\u2019impose (par exemple, modifier une question, ajouter une question, etc.), dans ce cas, il faut supprimer toutes les r\u00e9ponses des \u00e9tudiants et relancer l\u2019activit\u00e9 de nouveau.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>A. CR\u00c9ATION DE L\u2019ACTIVIT\u00c9 FEEDBACK DANS VOTRE ESPACE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Consultez votre cours en cliquant sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette \u201c<b>Mes cours<\/b>\u201d dans le bloc \u201c<b>Navigation<\/b>\u201d puis s\u00e9lectionnez votre cours<\/li>\n<li>Activez le mode \u00e9dition en cliquant sur le bouton \u201c<b>Activer le mode \u00e9dition<\/b>\u201c<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9ez l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u201c<b>Feedback<\/b>\u201d en cliquant sur \u201c<b>Ajouter une activit\u00e9 ou une ressource<\/b>\u201c<\/li>\n<li>Choisissez \u201c<b>Feedback<\/b>\u201d et cliquez sur le bouton \u201c<b>Ajouter<\/b>\u201c<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3667\" src=\"https:\/\/cinia.blogs.usj.edu.lb\/files\/img\/tutorials\/moodle\/008-activite-feedback-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>B. PARAM\u00c9TRAGE DE L\u2019ACTIVIT\u00c9 FEEDBACK<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pour param\u00e9trer l\u2019activit\u00e9 Feedback, suivez les \u00e9tapes ci-dessous :<\/p>\n<p><b>G\u00c9N\u00c9RAUX<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Saisissez un\u00a0<b>nom<\/b>\u00a0\u00e0 votre activit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Saisissez une\u00a0<b>description<\/b>\u00a0\u00e0 votre activit\u00e9, qui devrait inclure des instructions pr\u00e9cises pour les \u00e9tudiants<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3667\" src=\"https:\/\/cinia.blogs.usj.edu.lb\/files\/img\/tutorials\/moodle\/008-activite-feedback-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>DISPONIBILIT\u00c9<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cette fonction vous permet de planifier une p\u00e9riode de temps au cours de laquelle les \u00e9tudiants pourront r\u00e9pondre au feedback.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Activez le champ \u00ab\u00a0<b>Permettre les r\u00e9ponses d\u00e8s le<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb en cochant la case \u201cActiver\u201d et puis saisissez la date de votre choix. Les \u00e9tudiants ne pourront pas r\u00e9pondre au Feedback avant cette date. Si vous n\u2019activez pas ce champ, les \u00e9tudiants vont pouvoir acc\u00e9der au Feedback tout le temps.<\/li>\n<li>Activez le \u00ab\u00a0<b>Permettre les r\u00e9ponses jusqu\u2019au<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb en cochant la case \u201cActiver\u201d et puis saisissez la date de votre choix. Les \u00e9tudiants ne pourront pas r\u00e9pondre au Feedback apr\u00e8s cette date. Si vous n\u2019activez pas ce champ, les \u00e9tudiants vont pouvoir acc\u00e9der au Feedback tout le temps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3667\" src=\"https:\/\/cinia.blogs.usj.edu.lb\/files\/img\/tutorials\/moodle\/008-activite-feedback-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>R\u00c9GLAGE DES QUESTIONS ET DE L\u2019ENVOI<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Saisissez l\u2019une des options suivantes :\n<ul>\n<li>Anonyme<\/li>\n<li>Le nom du participant sera enregistr\u00e9 et ses r\u00e9ponses seront affich\u00e9es (dans ce cas uniquement l\u2019enseignant peut savoir qui a r\u00e9pondu, tandis que les \u00e9tudiants ne peuvent pas savoir qui a r\u00e9pondu m\u00eame si on leur donne un acc\u00e8s aux r\u00e9sultats)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez autoriser plusieurs remises mais vous n\u2019allez voir que la derni\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez choisir de recevoir des notifications pour chaque remise.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez choisir de num\u00e9roter les questions pour les \u00e9tudiants.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3667\" src=\"https:\/\/cinia.blogs.usj.edu.lb\/files\/img\/tutorials\/moodle\/008-activite-feedback-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>APRES L\u2019ENVOI<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>Afficher la page d\u2019analyse : Choisissez \u00ab Oui \u00bb ou \u00ab Non \u00bb\n<ul>\n<li>Si vous choisissez \u00ab\u00a0<b>Oui<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb, les r\u00e9sultats s\u2019affichent pour tous les participants qui ont r\u00e9pondu. Ces r\u00e9sultats s\u2019affichent ainsi : chaque question et ses diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9ponses sans indiquer le nom de l\u2019\u00e9tudiant m\u00eame si le choix d\u2019enregistrer le nom du participant a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous choisissez \u00ab\u00a0<b>Non<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb, les r\u00e9sultats pourront \u00eatre vus uniquement par l\u2019enseignant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Saisissez un message de fin. \u00c0 la fin de l\u2019activit\u00e9, si vous souhaitez que les \u00e9tudiants soient redirig\u00e9s ou qu\u2019ils voient un message autre que le message par d\u00e9faut \u00ab<b>\u00a0Vos r\u00e9ponses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es. Cliquer sur \u00ab Modifier les questions \u00bb et choisissez un type de question dans le menu d\u00e9roulant.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez choisir parmi ce type de questions \u00ab\u00a0<b>Choix multiple, Choix multiple \u00e9valu\u00e9, r\u00e9ponse courte, r\u00e9ponse longue et r\u00e9ponse num\u00e9rique<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est possible aussi de choisir des \u00e9tiquettes pour L\u2019\u00e9valuation peut \u00eatre anonyme quand l\u2019anonymat est activ\u00e9 lors du param\u00e9trage de l\u2019activit\u00e9 Feedback.\r\n\r\nIl est recommand\u00e9 de suivre les \u00e9tapes ci-dessous pour assurer la bonne d\u00e9marche de l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<b>Feedback<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb.\r\n<ol type=\"i\">\r\n \t<li>Tout d\u2019abord, il faut identifier les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ci-dessous de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<b>Feedback\u00a0<\/b>\u00bb (dans un fichier Word)\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Le but de cette activit\u00e9 (i.e. pourquoi utiliser \u00ab\u00a0<b>Feedback<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>L\u2019intitul\u00e9 et une br\u00e8ve description de cette activit\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Les questions de ce Feedback, leurs types (i.e. r\u00e9ponse courte, choix multiple etc.), s\u2019ils sont requis ou pas, s\u2019il faut les cat\u00e9goriser par des \u00e9tiquettes ainsi que le s\u00e9quencement des questions (i.e. question 1, question 2, etc.).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Les questions s\u2019affichent sur une seule page ou pas (i.e. le design de Feedback). Si non, pr\u00e9cisez pour chaque page les questions correspondantes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Si le Feedback pr\u00e9serve l\u2019anonymat (i.e. vous ne pouvez pas identifier quelle r\u00e9ponse correspond \u00e0 quel \u00e9tudiant).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Les dates d\u2019ouverture et de fermeture de cette activit\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Si plusieurs remises sont permises (i.e. les \u00e9tudiants peuvent r\u00e9pondre aux questions plusieurs fois) ou pas. Si plusieurs remises sont permises, alors vous allez recevoir la derni\u00e8re remise comme r\u00e9ponse finale.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Si la page d\u2019analyse s\u2019affiche ou pas. Si la page s\u2019affiche, les r\u00e9sultats seront accessibles \u00e0 tous les participants qui ont r\u00e9pondu, \u00e0 noter que les r\u00e9sultats sont anonymes.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Apr\u00e8s avoir identifi\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de cette activit\u00e9, on passe \u00e0 l\u2019application. Apr\u00e8s le lancement, vous pouvez consulter les r\u00e9ponses des \u00e9tudiants. \u00c0 la fin de l\u2019activit\u00e9, vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger les r\u00e9ponses dans un fichier Excel.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<b>Remarque<\/b>\u00a0: L\u2019activit\u00e9 ne peut plus \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e d\u00e8s qu\u2019un seul \u00e9tudiant fournit une r\u00e9ponse.
