Effective transformation requires an institution-wide approach. In fact, the primary goal of stakeholder engagement is to facilitate and sustain enthusiastic acceptance and adoption of new strategies, technologies, and processes. One of the pillars of effective change management is to put yourself in the shoes of game changers: it is important to understand at each stage of the change journey faculty, students and staff and how this could affect their daily work. Thus, to properly prepare for the 2020-2021 academic year, the Commission for the development of logistical and educational tools for online teaching Commission de développement des outils logistiques et pédagogiques de l’enseignement en ligne was created in June 2020 and directed by the Rector of USJ in order to develop a new digital action plan. Mrs. Wadad Wazen Gergy, Head of the UNTE has been appointed Coordinator of this commission.
Mindful of the importance of the active participation of the university community for a better acceptance of change and a real commitment to any future transformation, the Commission organized discussion groups to provide teachers with feedback on their teaching experience online.
160 full and part time teachers out of 317 participated in the 18 FGs or by responding to the questionnaire sent by email. The participation rate was approximately 50%. The sample included teachers who have provided online courses to get feedback on their experience in online education.

30 hours of interviews enabled the drafting of a summary report highlighting the challenges encountered by teachers during online teaching journey, as well as a list of successful practices, and recommendations.
