Un atelier a été conjointement organisé par l’INCI (Institut national des télécommunications et de l’informatique de l’USJ) et le programme «Swiss Universities Development and Cooperation Network (SUDAC) », le 2 décembre 2020, dans le cadre du Cluster de Coopération « Digital Education And Research for MENA » dont l’USJ est le Hub régional.
Interventions focused on the challenges and best practices related to remote exams, as well as ways to design effective and safe online assessment activities.
L’intervention de Madame Wadad Wazen Gergy intitulée « Adapting or redefining e-assessment? » a soulevé la question de redéfinir ou d’adapter l’évaluation à distance avec les recommandations en appui pour assurer des évaluations authentiques, accessibles, continues et sécurisées de sorte à ce que l’évaluation soit au service de l’apprentissage et ne se limite pas à une évaluation de l’apprentissage. L’atelier a réuni des enseignants et du personnel administratif des universités partenaires du Cluster de Coopération venant de Suisse, Liban, Egypte, Iran, Palestine, etc.

A workshop was jointly organized by INCI (USJ’s National Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics) and the « Swiss Universities Development and Cooperation Network (SUDAC) » program, on December 2, 2020, as part of the Cluster of Cooperation « Digital Education and Research for MENA » of which the USJ is the regional Hub.
Interventions focused on the challenges and best practices related to remote exams, as well as ways to design effective and safe online assessment activities.
Mrs. Wadad Wazen Gergy‘s intervention entitled Adapting or redefining e-assessment? ” focused on reframing or adapting remote assessment with the supporting recommendations to ensure authentic, accessible, continuous and secure assessments that provide day-to-day feedback about the learning and teaching process. The workshop brought together teachers and administrative staff from the Cooperation Cluster partner universities from Switzerland, Lebanon, Egypt, Iran, Palestine, etc.
