The COVID-19 crisis has forced education systems worldwide including universities to find alternatives to face-to-face instruction. As a result, digital technologies have been used by teachers and students on an unprecedented scale to save the academic year. However, in any change process, the first step to a successful transition is through creating a sense of urgency among employees, to convince them of the need to embrace change, and to ensure their effective involvement. This time, it is Covid-19 that has imposed this emergency!
