The Faculty of Education Sciences (FSEdu) and the Faculty of Economics (FSE) of USJ organized a two-way conference at auditorium François S. Bassil, Innovation and Sports Campus, entitled “Pedagogical and digital innovation at the service of the labor market” as part of sharing experiences on the TEMPUS – ADIP-USJ project “Distance learning and Pedagogical Innovation”.
Lors de la séance inaugurale, le Pr Salim Daccache s.j., Recteur de l’USJ, Pr Hervé Sabourin, Directeur régional de l’AUF – Moyen-Orient et Pr Aref Al Soufi, Directeur du bureau national Erasmus+ ont prononcé un discours. Le recteur a précisé que “Le projet Tempus ADIP qui a duré plus de trois années continue à être vivant puisque, dans ses objectifs, il était dit que le retour d’expérience, son apport pour les institutions, son approche pédagogique et l’intégration du numérique faisaient partie de la raison d’être de ce projet.”
The conference began with the intervention of Mrs. Loubna Alsaghir-Oueidat, Lecturer at the FSE around the requirements of the labor market towards new educational approaches for a dynamic and integrated training model.
Afterwards, Mrs. Wadad Wazen-Gergy, Head of the UNTE at USJ highlighted the pedagogical digital integration in training, towards optimizing skills development.

During the inaugural session, Professor Salim Daccache, S.J., Rector of USJ, Professor Hervé Sabourin, Regional Director of AUF – Middle East, and Professor Aref Al Soufi, Director of the Erasmus+ National Office, delivered a speech. The rector specified that “The Tempus ADIP project, which lasted more than three years, continues to be alive since its objectives stated that the feedback, its contribution to institutions, its pedagogical approach, and the integration of digital technology were part of the project’s very purpose.”
